This month we’re talking about digitally printed pins. They’re probably something you didn’t know about– and until recently I didn’t either!
You’ve heard of enamel pins– maybe you’ve ordered some through us! If you need a little refresher, they’re a completely customizable pin where liquid enamel is poured into a unique mold made just for you (see an example above). They’re collectable and elevated, perfect for a fundraiser or for any retail shop.
Digitally printed pins are their fun cousin! These are a great alternative when you want the feel of an enamel pin but have a tight turnaround. They can be cranked out in around 5-7 business days and are made in the USA (with a backstamp to prove it).
One of the best advantages of digitally printed pins is that any artwork can be used. Because they’re digitally printed, gradients and highly detailed designs can be easily achieved. Plus they have a variety of metal options and can be made with a classic pin back or magnet options.
Since digitally printed pins are lighter-weight than traditional enamel pins, they’re easier on your lapel- especially for larger designs.
