Turn your stickers into Kiss Cut Stickers. For no additional charge you can request to add on our preset kiss cut option to your personalized stickers. This is an 1/8 of an inch boarder added around the cut line of your decal to give it extra "peel-ability"!

What is the order minimum for custom stickers online?
Our order minimum for custom stickers is 50 per design.
Can I order die cut stickers?
Yes, we can die cut stickers to any shape you would like them to be for no additional charge! Just provide the dimensions you would like your stickers to be.
Do you offer union printing for custom made stickers?
Yes, we do offer union printed stickers! For a custom quote on union printed stickers, please contact our customer service team directly at orders@busybeaver.net.
Do you offer color matching for stickers?
Yes, we offer free color matching when you order custom stickers. Just make sure to provide your Pantone Solid Coated colors with your order.
What is the turnaround time to print custom stickers?
Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days for production. If you need your custom stickers faster, we offer rush production and rush shipping for an additional fee.
Can I order same day stickers?
We offer same day stickers for pick up from our Chicago location. For those that need delivery, we can apply rush production and rush shipping to get your stickers to you by the next day. Reach out to our customer service team at orders@busybeaver.net if you need to arrange a super rush for your sticker order.
Do you offer eco friendly stickers?
All of our custom made stickers are created in our solar powered and geothermal heated/cooled facility. We are committed to sustainability in our practices so we are continuously looking on ways to improve our processes to make them as green as possible.
Where do you print stickers?
Our custom sticker printing is done entirely in our Chicago headquarters, located in Logan Square.
What material is used to make the stickers?
All of our stickers are printed on durable, long lasting vinyl material.
Can I get a sample made?
The minimum per design is 50 but we can make you a single sample of your design on the special finish of your choice for $8. Please contact our customer service team at orders@busybeaver.net to request a custom sticker printing sample.
Can I order multiple designs?
Yes! Each individual design can be placed into your cart separately in orders of 50 or more. For example, if you want 100 stickers and you have two different designs you would order 50 of each.
Each design goes through our production process separately. Because of this, our pricing is based on the quantity you order per design, not how many custom stickers you order in total.
Can I order a proof before my stickers print?
Proofs are available upon request and definitely encouraged! You can select to receive a digital proof on the order page. Proofs are created after payment is made and before production begins. Your custom made stickers will not go into production until you approve of your proof.
How are the stickers printed?
Our sticker printing is done digitally using a seven-color process. This printing method blends seven inks during the process to create your design: light cyan / cyan / light magenta / magenta / yellow / black / light black.
Expert Design Review For Every Custom Sticker Order
Our in-house design team will review artwork to ensure you will receive the very best custom sticker printing.
Our design team will check your artwork to make sure it has the proper image resolution and size, art is within the safe area and includes a full bleed, color is CMYK and rim text is placed correctly.
If your artwork looks good, we'll begin production. If changes are needed, you will receive an email from our design team within 1 business day.

Order custom stickers from a woman-owned, eco-friendly business. Our sticker printing is done in a solar-powered, geothermal facility using non-toxic toner. Learn more about how we create eco friendly promotional products.
Please submit artwork for custom stickers according to the following guidelines:
• Art is in CMYK Color
• Art is at least 300 dpi
• Art is at least the size of your chosen sticker
• Include .125 inch bleed on all designs
• All fonts are outlined
• All linked images are embedded in file
• Fonts are 5pt size or above
• Line weight is 0.5pt thick or above

Need color matching?
We print in Seven Color Process Printing (light cyan / cyan / light magenta / magenta / yellow / black / light black), but are happy to match Coated Pantone process colors at no charge upon request. To request color matching, please provide PMS color matching info in the comment section of your order. Please note, your artwork must be a vector file with that spot color set up in the design.
