Will design service slow down my order?Adding design service to your order can potentially slow down the turnaround time. We need your approval of your proof in order to move it into production so to ensure that there are no delays - quick approvals are key!
When will I get my proof?
Allow up to 24 hours after ordering for your first proof to arrive... and make sure to check your spam folder!
How much can I revise my proof?
2 revisions are included with the purchase of design service. Additional revisions cost $10 each.
Can I use photos in my design?
Yes! We can use your photos in a design. For best results please submit a high resolution photo, at least 300 dpi! We made an easy guide to photo buttons to get you started!
What size should I choose for my design?
It depends on what you want to use your custom items for! We can help advise on what will work best for your need or you can take a look at our size guide!
